Hand Drive Grommet Machine

Used with a wooden or rawhide mallet, Stimpson Hand Drive Tools can be used to set most sizes of brass grommets with either plain, teeth, or spur washers.

405 Bench Press

The versatile Stimpson 405 Bench Press is available with either a heavy duty cast iron frame, or a lighter version aluminum frame. Ideal for smaller projects or prototype work, it is especially well suited for setting Stimpson Self-Piercing Grommets & Washers in most lightweight fabrics.

Model 479

An ideal choice when production is limited, is available in foot, pneumatic and electric power formats. It is versatile enough to set most fasteners, and uses tools which are quickly interchangeable. The quality of its settings is equal to that of much larger automatic machines.

Model S-90 Eyelets Machine

The S-90 pneumatic eyeleting machines are specifically designed for inserting small eyelets into light duty applications. Interchangeable raceways and setting tools can be easily replaced in a matter of minutes to set eyelets of different sizes.

Model S-96 C-E® Rivets Machine

The S-96 is a pneumatic machine engineered for versatility. With automatic feeding and attaching capabilities, it can be fitted with optional, interchangeable roadways, hopper boxes, and setting tools, to set the entire line of Stimpson C-E® Rivets.

Model S-83 Grommets, Eyelets Machine
The very popular, highly versatile Model S-83 is specifically designed to make single or multiple settings in most moderate volume applications using small to mid-sized eyelets. Models S-G83 and S-G2R-83 will set #00 to #2 grommets in conjunction with a hand fed washer.

Model S-92 Grommeting Machine
Model S-92 is a heavy duty, electrically powered grommeting machine designed to accommodate grommets from size #00 to #5. It is available as a single or double revolution model. The single revolution machine can be used for grommet settings where materials are pre-punched. The double action model will cut a hole on the first revolution, feed and roll set on the second. Washers must be hand fed on both models.

Model S-98 Grommet Machine

The Model S-98 is a heavy duty grommeting machine, which will punch a hole in your material, feed and set the grommet, in a single revolution. It is recommended for nylon, kevlar and other hard-to-cut materials. Washers, if used, are hand fed. For similar results in a dual feed model, see Model S-92GW below.

Model 2KGW Grommet Machine

State-of-the-art, fully automatic, fully electric dual feed grommet and washer machine. The Model 2KGW is built around a newly designed frame that requires less space than previous generations of machines. Available for Stimpson Grommet and Washer sizes #0 to #4.

Model S-83-GW Grommet Machine

The S-83-GW is a heavy duty, dual feed machine which, in a single tripping of the electric foot switch, pierces the material, feeds and then sets both the grommet and washer. It provides a significant boost in production; making stronger settings, reducing operator fatigue and increasing safety.

Model 3P5 Grommet Machine

Model 3P5 is a portable pneumatic press designed for grommet applications. A powerful compact press capable of punching a hole in a wide range of industrial fabrics and attaching a Stimpson grommet and washer in a single cycle.
